Physical Therapists -
Train Caregivers on safety and awareness for walking to decrease falls. Also, they teach safety for sitting to standing and bed mobility.
Occupational Therapists -
Teach caregivers personal/self-care activities, such as, bathing, toileting, dressing and meal preparation strategies.
Speech-Language Pathologists -
Teach medication management and Communication strategies.
